The Trust is an arts-based organisation, and the composition of the Board reflects this interest. It currently has 12 Trustees, who have a wide variety of professional skills relevant to the Trust’s activities, and new Trustees are recruited based on the experience and skills that they bring to the Trust. The full Board meets four times a year, with smaller focus groups and the management committee meeting as required. The staff are responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Trust, managing its capital and activity projects, and ensuring that Board decisions are carried out effectively, efficiently and economically.
