Apply for a studio

How to apply for a studio
Long term studios are advertised when available. We have a dedicated mailing list for artists who are interested in a studio, who are notified via email when a studio becomes available and applications open. If you would like to be added to this list, please contact us via email at admin@bsjwtrust.co.uk.

We do not hold a waiting list for studios.

Studio rents are currently £85.00/sqm + £20 month. Studios are individually metered for electricity and water, and tenants are invoiced quarterly. Tenants are also responsible for paying business rates.

Short Term Studios
We have two short term studios at Porthmeor (Studios 5 and 9), one at Trewarveneth in Newlyn (Studio 7), and a live/work space at Anchor Studio in Newlyn, which are available for artists to rent. We advertise twice a year for these, and it follows the application process outlines below.

If you would like to find out more about our short term studios please email admin@bsjwtrust.co.uk
