Kate works with drawing, monotype, watercolour and oil to explore worlds on the edges of our awareness.
She finds inspiration in poetry, especially poetry about wild places. She loves to be in wild raw places, such as on the Isle of Iona and in Italian National Parks.
Kate recently made all the original drawings for Marc Almond’s current album, the Velvet Trail.
