My practice explores the relationship between BODY and WATER.
I am interested in the proposition that a body is porous with its environment, and that water may be used as a sculptural material to explore the flow and restriction of a body and its perceived boundaries. I work with a disparate range of materials, both raw and readymade, most often found or salvaged. My sculptural practice is interwoven with the processes of drawing, painting, performance and installation. These processes are played out through materials such as: blown glass, fabric, rubber, wax, concrete, foam, and water.
