The Borlase Smart Room is a beautiful space with stunning views overlooking Porthmeor Beach. It has built-in projection facilities and its own sink, and is accessible to wheelchair users, and can be set up empty, with chairs only, or with tables and chairs.
Capacities: talks 60, workshops 30, meetings 20.
It is available for hire by organisations and for private functions and events.
Hire rates start at £25 + VAT / half day for charities and community organisations.
